ha! that’s exactly how i feel! this is day six in the same clothes as the airlines tried to find my lost bags! these images gave me a chuckle… they are also gorgeous! z
Losing my luggage is my worst nightmare when I travel Lisa. My daughter teases me no end, but I always carry a change in my cabin bag however constrained I am for space. Hope you are reunited with your clothes already. Appreciate your taking the time to read in the midst of your baggage woes π
He looks like one happy cat. It’s tempting to want that kind of lifestyle, but it probably has its drawbacks, like having to run down and catch your food all the time. π Wonderful pictures.
What an awesome capture. He looks so satisfied and free of any troubles!!! I am feeling so blessed, that you shared your joy again, Madhu π Thanks so much for the linkback.
My opinion is that cats (not only but especially!) of all size and colour are adorable so these shots couldn’ t be more perfect for my liking, Madhu! Beautiful – laid back with all problems on life forgotten completely π
Ah so ctrue… then leopards don’t change their spots right? And the spot!
Mention food, and there you are!! π Hope all is well with you Ishita.
Yes… thanks you!
Nice catch Madhu! He is definitely having a good time up there π
Yes, and with plenty left over for an evening snack π
The perfect afternoon π
Sure looks like it Maya π
Great capture, Madhu!
Thank you Naomi. I thought this contented cat was perfect for Kan’s ‘Joy is’ series.
Oh, what a joyful sightingβ¦ what great fortune…
It was indeed Sally. We waited a while for him to wake up, but he didn’t budge π
They look soooooooo relaxed. π
The second is a close up of the same leopard Frank. I bet sneaking up to his kill would have galvanized him into action π
No doubt
I guess the view from the treetop is magnificent,
but it can’t see it with the eyes closed… π
Very well captured, Madhu… π
Thanks Drake. Did you notice the kill tucked safely onto the branch at upper right?
Yes – so I guess the cat have a half an eye there – watching no one would be tempting… π
Absolutely. Would be at their own risk.
Just gorgeous!
Thanks. Seems to be sleeping like a baby doesn’t he? π
Fabulous shot, Madhu. He looks so relaxed that I was afraid he might fall out of the tree. π
Thanks Sylvia. I was told not to be fooled by their apparent oblivion! π
I wouldn’t want to share his dinner!
Me neither Gilly!!! But his contentment is so appealing π
Wow! Beautifully captured, Madhu!
Thank you Sandhya.
Wow! Amazing that you saw this. Looks so comfortable there.
I used to loll around on trees when I was young. But I don’t particularly remember it as being this comfortable Colline! π

Thanks. And yes, that is the lunch I was referring to! π
Per-fect!:)
Thank you for the visit and comment Estelea. Delighted to meet you π
Same here! Looking forward to your next posts already π
Wonderful shot of that leopard. I’m amazed at how it can sleep soundly without falling from the tree.
Thanks Ian. I am even more amazed by how they manage to drag up heavy kills all the way up those trees!!
Gorgeous kitty and I bet he’s purring, too. How they can dangle from a tree is amazing. Great shot, Madhu.
Thanks Lynne. He certainly seemed to be purring π (Do leopards purr? I forgot to ask!)
